GOALKEEPER ACADEMY  

This is a 8-week intensive, professionally structured program for goalkeepers that are  already experienced at either a fundamental or advanced level and are searching for a demanding training environment.  Groups are very small, only 10 players permitted in EACH  session. Please note that this is an intensive program is geared for players that are truly serious about their development.
For players ages 10-18.
 
Tuition: $275

Eight - 1.5 hour Training Sessions. 
(1 hour soccer & 30 minute speed/agility/strength training)

SPEED/AGILITY TRAINING w/soccer ball
This type of training is called Footwork, Footspeed & Plyometric Training (FFP).  It is geared to develop  quick feet, change of direction, explosion/acceleration & coordination/balance and incorporates a soccer ball into the majority of the training.  Sessions will include use of a speed ladder, speed rings, cones, poles, mini-hurdles, etc. in order to get your feet moving quickly and “under control” and with a ball at your feet too!  This use of the soccer ball in these exercises will not only develop quicker feet, but also help your feet become quicker with the ball too!

Pricing per session:  $55 (1 hour in length)
with Dartfish video analysis:  $75 (30 minute training session and 30 minutes of evaluation on computer.  Plus you will receive an edited CD of your entire session with comments, etc.)

Note:  All private training will be conducted at the LANCO Fieldhouse in Lancaster, PA unless other arrangements are made..Prices subject to change based on location of session.
 

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

SHOOTING CLINICS
These clinics are very technical in nature and work on the art of shooting a soccer ball.  It will be based upon repetition of the technique of striking a soccer ball and build to moving at speed to shoot the ball to a target.
