PRO EXCELLENCE TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM 
This program is geared for both male and female recreational/travel-level teams ages 8-11 years old. It will begin to place demand on the players technique both physically and mentally and is perfect for younger players looking for a new level of training.  It is also good for the advanced player searching to refine their skills even more. This program will introduce all the expected elements of players in the Pro Plus Program without the pressure and demand.  Sessions are conducted at a pace players can handle technically and they are expected to begin to work and focus a bit harder to perfect their technique. The element of the classroom in the evenings is a reason why this is a total "learning" environment for young players.  These sessions will have active discussions on communication, systems of play, professionalism, etc. Every player will be treated like a "mini-pro" and our staff will work to build personal "ONE on ONE" relationships with all players to help the players learn and become confident in their skills and personality. Our staff for this program is directed by an ex-pro or Regional/State ODP level coach and has a staff of top-level college players.

July 11-15, 2010 - Colorado College - Colorado Springs, CO  $450
July 25-29, 2010 - Lake Forest College - Lake Forest, IL  $450
($75 discount for commuters - NO housing or breakfast)
Residential and Commuter players accepted

PRO PLUS TEAM TRAINING PROGRAM
This is our "original" Team Training Program.  It provides premier level teams with the ultimate professional training experience. Most importantly, this program is NOT for everyone and is selective in having boys and girls teams ages 12-18 only.  In this program, every player on the team will be expected to have a very strong technical base and the utmost pressure will be placed on players to perform throughout the week. The addition of the mental aspects required for a top-level player and team are introduced. The repetition of simple exercises is continued throughout this program to maintain "muscle memory" of our technical side and give us the appropriate attitude and commitment to succeed on the field.

Prior to your arrival to the site, our staff will be in contact with your coach to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of every player/the team in general, systems of play, etc.  From this discussion, our staff will put together the training curriculum for your team based on its EXACT needs and systems of play.  We will gear your training program around YOU!  Simply stated, this program is "life as a professional team" in every aspect. Every player will be treated like a "mini-pro" and our staff will work to build personal "ONE on ONE" relationships with all players to help the players learn and become confident in their skills and personality. Our staff for this program is directed by Ireland World Cup Star, Terry Phelan and every staff member is either an ex-pro, a College Coach or National/Regional ODP level coach. No exceptions are made for the staffing of this program.
