Registration Deadlines/Policy
 We accept registrations right up to the start of the first day where openings exist.  Many sessions do sell out.  If sessions do sell out we will accept names on a waiting list in case of cancellations.  Registrations received within two weeks of locations start date will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Multiple Session Discount Policy (Residential Sessions ONLY!)
 For players looking to attend more than one week of training, you may deduct $75 off your second week of tuition.

Family Discount Policy (Residential Sessions ONLY!)
 For families registering more than one family member, you may deduct $25 off your second or more family members tuition.

Commuter Discount Policy (Residential Sessions ONLY!)
For players looking to attend a training school but stay at home each evening, you may deduct $75 off your tuition price.  Your tuition will include all sessions as well as lunch and dinner each day. 

Refund Policy
Residential Sessions
If your registration is cancelled for any reason more than 30 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded 100% of your tuition paid minus a $35 administrative fee. If your registration is cancelled within 30 days prior to your arrival you are subject to $150 which is non-refundable. Cancellations within 15 days of your arrival are subject to a $150 non-refundable deposit.   The outstanding tuition balance will be a 50% refund and 50% credit towards any future session. All refunds will be made within 30 days of your cancellation. We reserve the right to treat each and any refund on an individual basis. 

NO shows with no notice...100% of tuition will be non-refundable.

All other Sessions
All tuitions are non-refundable if cancelled within 15 days of any session.

Returned Check Policy
Any returned check will be subject to a $25 fee.

Supervision Policy (Residential Sessions)
All activities are supervised by our entire staff during their entire stay with us.  We have our own 24 hour security on duty in the dorms as well as each facility and campus that we are housed on has their own set of 24 hour security.

Travel Information Policy (Residential Sessions)
We will pick up and drop off players travelling to and from designated airports for each location.  You must contact our corporate office at least 15 days prior to your arrival with detailed information regarding travel times, etc.  A $45 shuttle fee is required 15 days prior to your arrival for this service.
