PRO EXCELLENCE GOALKEEPER PROGRAM 
This program is geared for both male and female recreational/travel-level goalkeepers ages 8-11 years old. It will begin to place demand on the players technique both physically and mentally and is perfect for younger players looking for a new level of training.  It is also good for the advanced player searching to refine their skills even more. This program will introduce all the expected elements of players in the Pro Plus Program without the pressure and demand.  Sessions are conducted at a pace players can handle technically and they are expected to begin to work and focus a bit harder to perfect their technique. The element of the classroom in the evenings is a reason why this is a total "learning" environment for young goalkeepers.  These sessions will have active discussions on communication, systems of play, professionalism, etc. Every player will be treated like a "mini-pro" and our staff will work to build personal "ONE on ONE" relationships with all players to help the players learn and become confident in their skills and personality. Our staff for this program is directed by an ex-pro or Regional/State ODP level coach and has a staff of top-level college players. Each session will have an average student/staff ratio of 12:1.

PRO PLUS GOALKEEPER PROGRAM
This is our "original" Goalkeeper Program that is entering its 15th year in 2008! It provides premier level goalkeepers with the ultimate professional goalkeeper training experience. Most importantly, this program is NOT for everyone and is selective in having boys and girls ages 12-18 only. In this program, every player will be expected to have a very strong technical base and the utmost pressure will be placed on players to perform throughout the week. Training mentality is a daily challenge to players. The repetition of simple exercises is continued throughout this program to maintain "muscle memory" of our technical side and give us the appropriate attitude and commitment to succeed on the field. Simply stated, this program is "life as a professional" in every aspect.  Every player will be treated like a "mini-pro" and our staff will work to build personal "ONE on ONE" relationships with all players to help the players learn and become confident in their skills and personality. Every staff member is either an ex-pro, a College Coach or National/Regional ODP level coach. No exceptions are made for the staffing of this program. Each session will have an average student/staff ratio of 8:1.

COLLEGE PREP GOALKEEPER PROGRAM
This program is geared for the college bound player or player already in college college looking to prepare themselves for the upcoming season.  It is a "College Prep" in every sense of the word for boys and girls ages 16-22 ONLY. It is structured to get you physically and mentally prepared for the college game. Sessions are treated just like collegiate pre-season training. Therefore, if you are not yet in college, it will give you a little taste of what to expect from playing in college...and if you are already in college, it will get you fit for your upcoming season! The program is all about goalkeeper training and fitness. Every exercise that you will do will be in front of the goal and the focus will be on being technically and mentally sharp. We begin to place you in different simulated situations and see how well you perform and make decisions. Having the element of fitness testing is another way that we prepare players for college. Players will take two different fitness tests throughout the week and an emphasis will be getting them match fit and sharp. Plus, players will be evaluated and will be pushed throughout the training in hopes of getting placed into the "travel group" for a training session. This travel group represents the top players that are consistently performing and would be deserving to be placed on the travel roster and play in matches on their respective college teams. Every player will be treated like a "mini-pro" and our staff will work to build personal "ONE on ONE" relationships with all players to help the players learn and become confident in their skills and personality. PREMIER GOALKEEPER PROGRAM   
Boys/Girls ages 15 & older
If you ever wanted to really know how professionals train, this is the program for YOU!  This program is for the goalkeeper looking to have demanding and intimate instruction with our National Director, Todd Hoffard.  There is a limit of ONLY 8 goalkeepers in the entire program and every player must submit a resume and training DVD and await acceptance from our director.  Players accepted will be hand picked and only the top applicants will get this opportunity.  The program will consist of daily video analysis with Dartfish.  Every session will have filming and the evenings will consist of analyzing and breaking down this video.  The use of this video analysis software will give you the opportunity to really focus on making your technique perfect.  Every technical attribute will be analyzed throughout the course of the week.  At the end of the week every player will take a DVD home with them with the footage that was discussed in our individual sessions.  Personal and private player discussions will be made as well to go over their college search process, going over their player resumes, etc.

COACHES PROGRAM 
This program is for coaches to learn the "ONE on ONE Soccer Way!" Coaches will have the opportunity to learn our training philosophy first hand. You will have full access to all training sessions, lectures and our staff for the entire week. It is a great way to learn up close and personal about the position and the training method that has been so successful for 16 years!
